Job Summary
Team Leader for LEGO Brand Retail at Sugarloaf Mills to lead and train a high-performance store team, safeguard brand experiences, optimize sales through visual merchandising and space management, and develop staff with LEGO Brand values. Responsibilities include coaching Sales Associates on merchandising, conducting training, using POS systems, managing inventory and cash handling, reviewing sales/margin data, maintaining store graphics/pricing, and ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe, inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store
- Delivery of Employee training
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
- Point of sale automated systems
- Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
- Visual merchandising techniques
- Motivate and develop a high-performance team
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values
- Work full-time 40 hours per week
- Ability to stand, lift up to 30 lbs., and perform physical duties as described
