Retail Store Team Lead

Open and close the store, balancing daily revenues and maintaining administrative duties. Review and approve payroll, communicate attendance to management, and handle cash reconciliation. Coach retail team members and supervise volunteers while ensuring donations are sorted, tagged, and merchandised according to guidelines. Operate and supervise forklifts, pallet jacks, and trash compactors; manage the point-of-sale system and ensure bank deposits are made reliably. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Assist in achieving sales and production goals while interacting professionally with customers, donors, and staff.
