Job Summary
Manage a team of three to four retail salespersons by assigning duties, scheduling shifts, and overseeing daily operations. Handle customer complaints, resolve supply shortages, and authorize payments or merchandise returns while maintaining accurate sales and inventory reports. Order new stock, train staff on sales techniques, and ensure a safe environment with proper criminal record checks. Work in a fast-paced setting requiring extended standing and heavy lifting, with flexible hours covering mornings, evenings, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
