Job Summary
Conduct store opening and closing procedures, including register preparation, inventory reconciliation, and reporting. Direct team workflow by creating rosters, delegating daily responsibilities, and managing escalated customer concerns. Facilitate training for staff, provide real-time coaching on performance, and investigate cash or product discrepancies. Ensure compliance with state laws and company policies while maintaining a safe environment. Troubleshoot POS system issues and manage marketing asset inventory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years' experience in customer service
- 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
