Job Summary
Conduct daily sales operations to ensure the store meets weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans while modeling Lindt standards including dress code, up-selling, and passion. Supervise staff on key performance indicators, ADS, UPT, and conversion, assisting with individual development and training to maintain solid product knowledge and brand representation. Manage inventory controls, monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks or overstocks, and ensure compliance with all quality assurance policies and store cleanliness standards. Escalate operational issues and cash management concerns to Store Management promptly. Requires proven sales background, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $17.75 to $18.75.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales background
- Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others
- Basic math and/or accounting skills
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms
- Must be available to work nights, weekends (Saturday and Sundays) and Holidays
- Must successfully pass a background screening
