Job Summary
Lead day-to-day running of a standalone NEOM Wellbeing store in Brent Cross, managing a team alongside the store manager; drive sales, KPIs and company objectives; handle payroll, rotas, stocktakes and weekly reports; organize in-store and field events to promote NEOM; recruit, develop and mentor staff with a focus on training and education; ensure top-notch customer experience and promote wellbeing; contribute to community initiatives and partnerships, and foster an inclusive environment; travel to other stores/events as needed; weekday and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role
- Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry
