Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service using the T.R.E.A.T. model, assist shoppers with inquiries and transactions, and maintain visually appealing displays by restocking and merchandising assigned areas. Oversee assigned associates, manage breaks, coordinate training, and communicate issues to store leadership. Handle daily damages and returns, perform advanced point-of-sale functions, and ensure a safe, organized environment through proactive maintenance and cleaning. This part-time role at Ocean State Job Lot requires basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and good communication abilities. Availability for nights and weekends is required for full-time associates.
Required Qualifications
