Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service using the T.R.E.A.T. model to assist with inquiries, locate items, and process point-of-sale transactions accurately. Maintain visually appealing displays, restock assigned areas, and merchandise new items according to company guidelines. Train and coordinate assigned associates while managing breaks and communicating issues to store leadership. Ensure a safe, organized environment through proactive maintenance, cleaning, and handling daily damages and returns. This part-time role offers a 30% discount and requires basic math, reading, and communication skills. Availability for nights and weekends is required for full-time associates.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math and reading skills
- Legible handwriting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends
- Should be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail merchandising, customer service and/or cashier experience in other retail environments
