Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service using the T.R.E.A.T. model, assist shoppers with inquiries and transactions, and maintain visually appealing displays while restocking assigned areas. Oversee assigned associates, manage breaks, and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth store operations. Handle daily damages and returns, promote company initiatives like loyalty programs, and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership. Maintain a safe environment through proactive cleaning and adhere to merchandising guidelines. This part-time role requires basic math and communication skills; full-time positions may include nights, weekends, and on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math and reading skills
- Legible handwriting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends
- Should be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail merchandising, customer service and/or cashier experience in other retail environments
