Job Summary
Retail Store Specialist delivers a positive customer experience by handling customer service, processing complex point-of-sale transactions, and merchandising assigned areas while following company policies and merchandising guidelines. The role includes oversight and coordination of assigned associates, promoting store initiatives and displays, training and supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, clean store environment. Must have availability to work nights and weekends, be able to lift up to 35 lbs, and communicate effectively. Required Qualifications
