Retail Store Sales Manager

Lead and coach a wireless retail team in Baltimore to achieve sales goals while delivering first-class customer experiences. Drive store operations from sales and inventory to new program implementations, demonstrate hands-on technology demonstrations, and develop personalized solutions beyond device plans to keep customers connected. Build relationships across channels, identify and hand off small business leads, and ensure the store meets targets through leadership, communication, and performance management. Leverage training and digital tools to showcase network coverage and service value, promote company programs (including ESOP), and foster a culture of care and excellence. Must be at least 18, have wireless sales experience, stand for long periods, be able to lift up to 25lbs, have reliable transportation, and be available for full-time hours (approximately 45 hours per week). The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and accountability to deliver superior customer experiences and store performance.
