Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back to customers, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. Possesses excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects.
