Retail Store Manager

Manage, direct, and lead the retail store operation to achieve budgeted revenue, expenses, and net profit by implementing Goodwill Industries policies. Supervise and schedule truck drivers, oversee donation processing, stock duties, merchandising, cashiering, and customer service. Perform hands-on tasks including sorting donations, hanging clothing, pricing merchandise, running the register, working the sales floor, performing custodial services, and loading/unloading trucks as needed. A background check will be completed at hire, and the workplace is drug-free. This role supports Zanesville Welfare Organization and Goodwill Industries' mission of community service and charitable giving.
