Job Summary
Lead a high-performing retail store team for Wild Fork, overseeing inventory control, training, and day-to-day store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Drive store performance through effective coaching, scheduling, and cost management; develop strategies to attract customers and optimize basket size; ensure product freshness and availability; act as a product expert with a passion for food and a friendly butcher vibe. Requires Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5+ years of retail experience with at least 3 years in store-level leadership with P&L accountability; strong communication, recruiting, and performance-management skills; experience with SAP, Order Management Systems, and Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of retail experience with at least 3 years in a store-level leadership capacity with P&L accountability
- Proven success in coaching and training employees
- Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
- Ability to delegate tasks to other team members
- Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization
- Systems capabilities preferred: SAP, Order Management Systems, Microsoft Office
