Retail Store Manager

Manage store operations, including recruiting, training staff, and overseeing inventory and finances. Coach employees on sales skills and product knowledge to meet or exceed goals. Greet customers on the sales floor, assist with transactions, and ensure a safe, compliant environment. Monitor sales data, execute marketing strategies, and implement efficiency programs. Open and close the store while handling cash reconciliation and bank deposits. Work over 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility for 12-hour shifts. Maintain product expertise on current launches and promotions.
