Job Summary
Manage store operations, staff, inventory, and finances while recruiting, coaching, and training retail employees to meet sales goals. Lead the team through scheduling, performance management, and compliance with company policies, ensuring a clean, safe environment and proper product stocking. Greet customers on the sales floor, assist with transactions, and implement strategies to maximize traffic and revenue. Monitor sales and financial data to drive strategic decisions and stay informed on industry trends and promotions. Open and close the store, handling cash reconciliation and bank deposits. Work over 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility for 12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years or older
- Completion of high school degree
- At least 1-2 years of previous manager experience
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays if needed
- Flexible to work 12 hour shifts at times
- Standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
