Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations, driving profitability, leading and developing the store team (CSRs and Mechanics), achieving subscription and accessory sales targets, ensuring 100% ERP accuracy for inventory, managing the bike readiness cycle from diagnostics to QA, and providing weekly KPI-based insights to leadership for product, pricing, and efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications
