Job Summary
Lead by example as the expert resource for your team, driving overall store productivity through sales goals, operations management, and exceptional customer experiences. Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring employees consistently meet monthly success measurements. Maintain sound operations to pass all audits and celebrate team achievements through personalized performance conversations. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25lbs to manage the sales floor and stock merchandise. Required Qualifications

- 2+ years in retail leadership

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- You are at least 18
