Job Summary
Lead by example as the expert resource for your team, driving overall store productivity through sales goals, operations, and customer experience. Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring employees meet monthly success measurements through personalized performance conversations. Maintain sound operations to pass all audits, celebrate team achievements, and exceed sales targets. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25lbs, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and pass a background check including identity verification with CLEAR.
Required Qualifications
