Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the Lindt Retail Boutique, driving corporate sales and maximizing store profitability while upholding exemplary customer service standards. Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of Retail Sales Associates, supervise staff to optimize sales and profit, and conduct training on sales techniques and product knowledge. Handle timely merchandise ordering, inventory management, loss prevention, and daily cash reconciliation with sales receipts. Perform administrative duties including payroll, paperwork, and performance management reviews while maintaining merchandising presentation and food safety standards. Requires 2-5 years of retail management experience and strong sales skills.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary education
- 2-5 years of retail management experience
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- French and English
