Retail Store Manager

Lead, coach, and develop your store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store targets. Take ownership of store performance and operations, including people management, visual merchandising, stock availability, payroll, and day-to-day tasks. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members; foster a positive, inclusive culture; and collaborate with Area Manager and central teams to implement initiatives. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational abilities; use data to drive results; and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining brand ambassador standards across shop floor, distribution, and support centres.
