Job Summary
Retail Store Manager responsible for leading the store to success by coaching and developing the team, delivering excellent customer service, achieving store targets, and owning day-to-day operations from people to standards. You will drive store performance using data insights, maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock availability, recruit and train new team members, manage rotas and payroll, ensure health & safety and loss prevention compliance, foster an inclusive team culture, and collaborate with Area Managers and central teams to implement initiatives. Strong retail-management experience, leadership and communication skills, data-driven decision making, and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.

- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities
- Confident using data to inform decisions and improve performance
- Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in a high-volume or value retail environment
- Familiarity with retail systems and reporting tools
- Experience managing recruitment, training, and performance processes
- Tech savvy with using back-office systems, EPoS tills, emails and video calls
