Job Summary
Store Manager for a 12-location UPS Stores franchise overseeing daily operations, leadership development, shipping/printing/notary services, and customer experience. You’ll run the center’s performance with support from an Operations Manager and Unit Managers, coaching team members to hit performance goals, maintaining store standards and KPIs, and driving upselling and customer satisfaction across locations. Responsible for hiring and onboarding, labor and inventory control, and ensuring a premium UPS Store experience while collaborating to analyze performance and implement improvements across multiple sites. Growth opportunities include advancement toward Unit Manager, Multi-Unit Leader, or specialty ops roles.
