Job Summary
Retail Store Manager at Sunnyside dispensary leads a high-performing team to deliver profitable store performance across customer acquisition, loyalty, merchandising, operations, and talent development. Responsibilities include staffing and coaching, monthly 1:1 and quarterly performance conversations, headcount planning and labor scheduling, driving revenue targets and KPIs, building HR partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and overseeing inventory, cash reconciliations, and audits. The role requires 5-7 years of retail management experience (Cannabis knowledge a plus), a Bachelor's degree or comparable experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office/Excel, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 USD and includes comprehensive benefits; no visa sponsorship is offered. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable experience
- 5-7 years of retail management experience
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more
- Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Available to work all hours of operation inclusive of nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
