Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in retail stores; recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members; develop and optimize store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals; coordinate with manufacturing for seamless omni-channel operations; coach staff with strong communication and product design knowledge; coordinate in-store events with marketing; troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements to the retail experience, and support Framebridge’s 100% happiness guarantee; must be available for evenings and weekends; leadership and people-skills are key, with a focus on building a high-performing team in a design-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting
- Excited about building, developing, and coaching a high-performing retail team
- An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track-record of delivering positive business results
- Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
- Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
- Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required
