Job Summary
Oversee store operations for an AT&T retail location in San Ramon, lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, drive merchandising and product launches, and ensure customers experience best-in-class service. Role includes daily operation management, training, and accountability for achieving store objectives while coordinating with stakeholders to support enterprise initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
