Job Summary
Manage inter-store transfers, payment collections, and follow-ups per Standard Operating Procedures. Analyze monthly financial statements (P&L) and adjust operating expenses to ensure store profitability. Manage monthly labor models aligned with budgets, oversee inventory levels through style counts and wall counts, and uphold merchandising and brand standards. Recruit, develop, and train store associates while guiding customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience and providing accessory recommendations. Achieve daily productivity and sales goals, maintain safe working conditions, and support the District Manager in regional operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application
- 2 years managerial experience
- Results oriented
- Effective Written/Verbal Communication
- Knowledge and comfort with technology and Microsoft Office programs
