Job Summary
As a Retail Store Manager, you will ensure high customer service standards, exceed sales and profitability goals, manage employee recruitment and training, and maintain store operations including merchandising and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years’ management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to constantly walk and move about
- Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
- Basic know-how about MS Office programs and retail software
Additional Requirements
- Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays
- Travel may be required
