Job Summary
Store leadership at PUMA’s outlet in Fidenza: manage, hire, and train a team to achieve sales and KPI targets; ensure high customer service standards aligned with the PUMA brand; analyze customer profiles and sales trends and provide feedback to the Area Manager; efficiently handle inbound/outbound merchandise and conduct physical inventory counts following Loss Prevention rules; ensure VM standards are met and marketing initiatives are executed within budget; lead in-store initiatives and events, and maintain strong organization, time management, and communication with staff and customers; English language proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years managerial experience in a retail environment
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage inventory and loss prevention
- Experience presenting information to large groups
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
