Job Summary
Store Manager to lead POP MART's U.S. store performance, team development, and operational execution. Own sales targets, KPIs, profitability, customer experience, merchandising execution, loss prevention, and talent recruitment/onboarding. Responsible for store presentation, brand standards alignment, cross-functional collaboration with Area Manager, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, HR, and international teams, and for coaching Supervisors and Associates to meet performance goals. Interest in designer toys, collectibles, and trend culture strongly preferred; role includes coaching, onboarding, and developing a strong talent pipeline to support growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Up to 10% travel
