Job Summary
Lead store performance and people development for POP MART’s U.S. expansion, owning end-to-end store operations, sales targets, customer experience, merchandising, product launches, and loss-prevention initiatives while coaching supervisors and associates to meet performance goals and align with brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience (Store Manager or equivalent leadership role preferred)
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and implement new operational standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving retail environment
- Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, etc.
