Lead a tanning/skincare salon as Retail Store Manager, driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals both individually and with the team while maintaining a welcoming salon environment. Educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services; oversee day-to-day salon operations including labor, staff hiring, development, and retention; ensure professional, upbeat customer service and a clean, organized workspace; participate in training, development, and advancement opportunities within the company.
Required Qualifications

- One or more years of management and leadership experience
