Retail Store Manager

Oversee financial oversight of sales and profit goals, including management of payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction. Provide leadership for the entire store by coaching, training, developing, evaluating, and scheduling associates while maintaining security of the location and assets. Demonstrate exceptional customer and associate service experiences by consistently demonstrating company standards in every interaction. Execute strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
