Job Summary
Oversee financial oversight of sales, profit goals, payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction while managing seasonal transition planning and inventory processes. Provide coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling for store associates to meet staffing budgets and operational needs. Ensure consistent demonstration of company standards in all customer and associate interactions while maintaining security of the store location and assets. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and experience with major retailers like Walmart or Bed Bath and Beyond.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
