Job Summary
Retail Store Manager leads the operation of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet store, driving merchandising, customer experiences, and associate development. Responsibilities include financial oversight of sales and profit goals (payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction), coaching and scheduling store associates, ensuring store standards and security, and executing company strategies for merchandising, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet goals. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of retail management experience, flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays, and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, coaching, inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-growing retail environment.
