Retail Store Manager

A Retail Store Manager leads the complete operation of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet store, overseeing store merchandising, customer experiences, and associate performance. Primary responsibilities include financial oversight of sales and profit goals (including payroll budgets and expenses), maintaining store standards, executing merchandising and seasonal transitions, and coaching, developing, supervising, and scheduling store associates to meet staffing needs. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on customer service, adherence to company policies, and the ability to drive results while maintaining security of store assets. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of retail management experience with a mid- to large-sized retailer. Scheduling flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver’s license are also required.
