Job Summary
An Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Store Manager leads the entire store’s operations, focusing on merchandising and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include financial oversight of sales and profit goals (payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction), executing merchandising strategies and seasonal transitions, coaching and developing store associates, scheduling, and ensuring store security and asset protection. The role requires applying Ollie’s core values, maintaining company standards in all interactions, and driving staffing and performance to meet business goals. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years of retail management experience at a mid-to-large retailer; schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid driver’s license.
