Retail Store Manager

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet store leadership role: leads the operation of the Albany, GA location with a focus on merchandising, customer experiences, and meeting sales and profit goals. Oversees payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key initiatives; coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, and schedules store associates to align with staffing budgets; ensures security of store assets and adherence to company standards while driving a strong associate and customer service culture. Responsible for implementing merchandising strategies, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and maintaining store standards; acts as a talent grower to develop team members and support store performance. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of retail management experience, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and a valid driver’s license. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
