Retail Store Manager

Ollie’s Store Manager responsible for leading the store operations, merchandising, and customer experiences. Drives financial oversight of sales and profit goals, payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other company initiatives. Demonstrates Ollie’s core values and ensures standards are met in every Associate and Customer interaction. Executes merchandising strategies, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet goals. Serves as a talent grower through coaching, training, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associates within staffing budgets. Maintains store security and asset protection. Works in a full-time, on-site capacity at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Macon, GA.
