Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, uncovering individual customer needs, and providing personalized solutions ranging from device recommendations to IoT accessories. Ensure the store meets sales goals by overseeing all functions from sales and inventory to new program implementation. Build strong relationships with cross-channel employees to resolve issues and handoff small business leads while maintaining a seamless customer experience. Complete required trainings on digital tools, network coverage, and troubleshooting to actively demonstrate our services.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
