Job Summary
Lead one of the fastest-growing omni-channel furniture retailers by coaching and motivating your team, maintaining a visually compelling showroom, and ensuring customer satisfaction that reflects The Bob's Way. Manage strategic leadership, sales and financial performance, and inventory and loss prevention oversight while driving operational excellence on the floor. This full-time, in-store leadership role requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership
- Experience in a sales-driven environment
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, and interact on the showroom floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to oversee store readiness and perform operational tasks

- Experience leading a high-volume retail store
- Background in commission-based or goal-driven sales
- Financial planning and budget execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
