Retail Store Manager

Lead store operations and sales initiatives during peak and off-peak periods. Drive customer-focused service, manage stock and merchandising, and implement processes to support a fast-paced environment. Recruit, train and lead temporary and permanent staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure a positive, inclusive store culture. Maintain rotas, provide timely data back to HQ to inform sales strategy, and use Microsoft programs to support daily operations. DBS check is required; the role is based in Preston and involves weekend work during peak season.
