Job Summary
Store Manager role overseeing all store operations in Riverdale, UT. Leads and manages a team to deliver exceptional customer experience while achieving sales and profit KPIs, ensures compliance with SOPs and company programs, and drives workload planning, budgeting, and KPI execution. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, performance management, talent development, managing inventory and merchandising, enforcing shrink and safety programs, and serving as MOD. Requires 5+ years retail experience with 2+ years supervising a diverse team and a track record of leading teams to meet KPI targets and maintain high standards of service and operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail experience
- 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team
- experience in performance management and talent development
- knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence
- ability to hire, train, observe and coach team members
- experience implementing and adhering to SOPs and company policies
- leadership and accountability in delivering customer brand promises
- ability to work non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- ability to manage store workload activities and KPI delivery within budget
- experience with shrink and safety programs
- frame shop familiarity (if applicable) and cross-training when needed
