Job Summary
Lead and manage all aspects of the store in Spokane, ensuring execution of SOPs, customer-brand promises, and company programs while achieving sales and KPI targets. Hire, train, observe, and coach team members; manage performance and talent development; uphold safety and shrink programs; oversee budgeting and workload planning; maintain an exceptional customer experience and brand standards. Cross-train across store departments (including Custom Framing selling and production) and serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed. Strong focus on leadership, team development, adherence to policies, and delivering results through effective staffing, operations, and customer service in a public retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of retail experience with inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence
- 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team including performance management and talent development
