Retail Store Manager

Job Summary
Store leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of the retail operation: lead and manage store team to achieve sales and KPI targets, execute SOPs and company programs, deliver customer brand promises, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining store conditions and inventory accuracy. Key duties include staffing and developing Team Members, driving performance management and talent development, delivering the store’s budgeted results, implementing shrink and safety programs, and maintaining exceptional customer experience. The role requires cross-training across departments (including Custom Framing), supervising on-duty operations, and maintaining a positive, accountable leadership presence in a climate-controlled public retail environment. Applicants should have 5+ years retail experience with 2+ years of supervising experience, strong leadership competencies, and the ability to hire, train, coach, and develop a diverse team.
