Job Summary
Lead a T-Mobile retail store as Store Manager, overseeing all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection, and team leadership. Serve as primary point of contact for employees, drive customer experience and satisfaction, manage labor controls, inventory, and store programs, and ensure achievement of sales goals and KPIs. Develop and coach store staff through performance management plans, foster an inclusive environment, stay current on products and services, and deliver financial results while controlling expenses. Participate in benefits programs and growth opportunities within the company, and maintain store standards and a neat, organized environment while leading the team to build long-lasting customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
- 2-4 years of sales & sales management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 per policy unless exempt
