Job Summary
Lead a team as Retail Store Manager in Mentone, driving world-class customer service, coaching and developing staff, managing stock and inventory, and ensuring safe store operations. responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding high-caliber team members, maintaining stock integrity, staying current on pet care products and services, creating a fun and inclusive in-store culture, supporting local marketing opportunities and sponsorships, and partnering with the Petstock Group to deliver community-focused initiatives. Demonstrates initiative, maintains knowledge of products/services, and builds relationships with customers and the team to achieve sales targets while upholding safety practices.
