Retail Store Manager to lead Arch Telecom's store team in Melbourne, FL, delivering an exceptional wireless retail experience. Responsibilities include overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to program implementation, leading by example to meet/exceed sales goals, providing hands-on product demonstrations, building relationships with customers, educating on devices/services, and collaborating with cross-channel teams. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time availability (45 hours)
