Job Summary
Motivate and coach retail team members to achieve sales targets through individualized action plans and targeted training. Ensure operational integrity by enforcing compliance with cash management, time and attendance, loss prevention, and revenue assurance protocols. Deliver personalized customer experiences by fostering a customer-centric environment and building relationships with clients. Execute intentional hiring practices and oversee assigned duties to maintain store performance and success. Requires at least two years of sales management experience and a high school education. Completion of Nsight Leadership University is required for internal applicants without prior manager experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in a goal-driven environment
- Completion of Nsight Leadership University if lacking managerial experience (for internal applicants)
- Possession of a valid driver's license
