Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for achieving/exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales budgets while ensuring profitable store operations and delivering superior customer service. Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff; drive visual standards and brand presentation; identify and leverage external sales opportunities; manage P&L, cash handling, scheduling, payroll, inventory, loss prevention, and compliance with QA policies. Strong emphasis on product knowledge, customer engagement, and building a high-performing team to meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
